NaNoR™

A Next-generation Nano Structured Mineral Laminate (NSML) Synergist to create a molecular shield that extends the Chemical resistance of UV stabilisers in the agriculture films and technical textile applications

NaNoR™ is a next generation Nano synergist for agricultural films, designed to extend their field life. Using Morpheon™ Nano Dispersion Technology, Its Nano Structured Mineral Laminate (NSML) forms a molecular barrier that protects the film from harsh UV light and agrochemicals. This “interception layer” adsorbs and decomposes chemical residues, Which allows HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) to remain active longer. The result is enhanced UV stability and optical clarity,Even under extreme conditions.

Conventional Challenges & Our Breakthrough

Parameter Conventional (HALS alone) NaNoR™-Fortified HALS System
Agrochemical Resistance HALS consumed by pesticides. NaNoR™ intercepts chemicals, preserving HALS.
HALS Longevity Gradual depletion, short protection. Significantly extended HALS activity.
Field Durability 1–2 seasons. 2-3+ seasons potential.
Clarity Haze and yellowing over time. Better clarity retention.
Dose Efficiency High HALS dose needed. Same or reduced HALS dose for longer life.
Compatibility Different vulnerabilities for each HALS type. Synergizes across all HALS classes by protecting them.
Pesticide Fog Film embrittlement and additive loss. Mitigates embrittlement and additive loss.
Process Stability Performance variability from HALS reactions. Consistent performance due to uniform NaNoR™ dispersion.
Lifecycle Cost Frequent replacement. Improved ROI from longer replacement intervals.

Applications of NaNoR™ (NSML) – Problem vs. Transformation

Application Area Conventional Vulnerability NaNoR™ Transformation
Mulch Films Prone to rapid degradation from agrochemicals, limiting durability. Neutralizes acidic residues, enabling thinner films with full-season durability.
Greenhouse Films Damaged by acidic gases from sulfur burners, causing cracking and haze. Decomposes acidic gases, extending film life to 3+ years and maintaining clarity.
Silage & Bale Wrap Weakened by fermentation acids, leading to premature embrittlement. Neutralizes acids, keeping films strong, elastic, and puncture-resistant.
Agriculture Nets Chemically attacked by heavy agrochemical sprays, causing strength loss. Shields HALS and antioxidants, keeping nets strong, flexible, and color-stable.
Reservoir/Pond Liners Degraded by chlorinated water and fertilizers, reducing liner life. Slows additive consumption, extending liner durability and reducing cracking.
Fumigation Films Damaged by aggressive fumigants, causing brittleness. Neutralizes fumigant residues, ensuring films retain strength and flexibility.
